Brief

To create new offices, meeting rooms, canteen area; including all lighting, air-conditioning, mezzanine floors, folding walls, kitchens, fire and smoke protection.

Implementation

We completed the fit-out work within a very short timescale whilst not compromising on design quality or detail. The in-house project management team worked closely with partners throughout the project to ensure that it was finished on time. By looking after the design, fit out and office furniture, it enabled Portsdown to manage closely the whole process from beginning to end.

Our solution

We set out by getting to understand the business and the needs for the new office space then came up with a design that was inspiring. Making use of all space including putting in a mezzanine cafe area and meeting rooms with folding walls. Furniture was selected from a number of suppliers based on design. Portsdown used their expertise to ensure finishes and colours matched and complemented each other, as well as Affinity Sutton's corporate image.
