Downland Housing
Brief
To create new offices, meeting rooms, canteen area including all lighting, air-conditioning, mezzanine floors, folding walls, kitchens, fire and smoke protection.
Implementation
We completed the fit-out work within a very short time-scale, without compromising design quality or detail. The In-house project management team worked closely with partners throughout the project to ensure that it was finished on schedule. By managing the design, fit-out and office furniture, it enabled Portsdown to fully control the whole process from start to finish.
Our solution
We set out by understanding the business and the needs for the new office space, then produced a design that was inspiring. Making use of all space included putting a mezzanine cafe area and meeting rooms with folding walls.
Furniture was selected from a number of suppliers based on design. Portsdown used their expertise to ensure finishes and colours complemented each other, as well as Downland's corporate image.
