Brief
TUV Product Service, the product testing specialist wanted a quality product solution when they decided to consolidate their property portfolio from several buildings on a large out-dated site, to a single building. The refurbished industrial building consisted of testing bays with a mezzanine office space above.
Implementation
By using both 'fixed' and 'flexible' work place solutions we were able to fit all departments into the one area, whilst allowing the layout to develop when future expansion space was needed.
Our solution
Through consultation using our 'Smart Working' process we developed a scheme that made best use of the space while maximising team interaction and work flow. Over 100 staff were accommodated on the mezzanine in team, flexible and industrial workspaces. Mobile storage and tool rails allow staff to store effectively and neatly what they use most.
Universal storage is flexible enough to store all sorts of data and components in the set areas. Steelcase 'Doue' desking and 'Interact' bench was selected for their renowned quality, demonstrated by a 15 year Guarantee, organic desk shapes with effective IT and cable management.
