Brief
To create a modern vibrant call centre environment with funky and innovative breakout areas.
Implementation
With an aggressive program of works, Portsdown worked closely with our supply base and used our own installation teams to bring the project in on time, allowing occupation to be achieved.
Our solution
Working in conjunction with specialist bench manufacturer Tangent, Portsdown and a client based team worked on both the office and product design. Using the adaptive 80:80 Free Address Benching system, we aimed to create a stylish and contemporary work place, which addressed both IT and operational demands of a modern contact centre. Keeping with West Sussex County Council's corporate identity, we blended traditional colours with a splash of colour on the informal meeting areas and relax zone, to create a dynamic yet relaxing atmosphere.
