Zurich Contact Centre
Brief
Working with our supply partner, Steelcase, Portsdown were engaged by Zurich as part of a European property and furniture project to support their UK operations. With several projects about to start, the focus was to refresh the older and new offices to offer the staff a first class working environment.
Implementation
Since starting work with UK's Zurich FM team 12 months ago, Portsdown has installed over 1200 workstations, and 1800 task chairs over three successful projects. Delivery and installation has been undertaken by our own logistics division, and managed as a key client in partnership with Steelcase to ensure a first class service.
Our solution
Working closely with Zurich's London based architects, Portsdown assisted in specification of a clean and contemporary office interior using the Tenaro , Universal and Lets B products. Particular focus was put on the key internal and client facing areas of the reception, boardroom and relax / breakout areas, with high design products selected and procured to express the companies market position and finish off the building.
