Chichester College
Brief
Having supplied furniture solutions to the college for many years, Portsdown were asked to work closely with the student and faculty to provide a cutting edge Student Centre.
Implementation
Cooperation alongside the fit out contractors, Portsdown installed and handed over the centre in the set timescales and within the budget parameters set down at the start of the project. Over time we have continued to work with the college to develop the space and implement changes based upon continuing feedback and internal process changes.
Our solution
Aimed at being at the heart of the college – student interaction, we worked on a consultancy basis to interact with both staff and students and produced several work place settings and various layout options for approval. These were mocked up in 3D renders and after careful selection of these, the final solution was developed that included Space Oasis products, and supported the key focus of user centred design.
