Portsdown’s decision to enter into manufacturing was for a number of reasons.

We now have our own manufacturing at a plant locally to our offices in Portsmouth and is called FF&E Manufacturing.

We have a complete range of fixed furniture for both education and laboratory markets including all associated furniture including:

• Classroom tables
• Teacher walls
• Student storage
• Storage wall
• Lockers
• Teacher desks

We can provide all of these products as standard modules or bespoke to any size or shape required. All of the usual finishes are available, from standard MFC & MDF to laminates, Trespa & Iroko.A new range of desking is on its way and we will continue with the development of new product for the Education and Commercial markets.

Using our expert procurement, planning and installation we are able to truly offer a complete package that gives the comfort of dealing direct with the manufacturer but who also understands and can offer the customer service of a distributor.

We have a new education showroom that will show our range of fixed furniture for Science, Design Technology and Food Technology, alongside our full size classroom set up with different types of furniture to look at.
