  From the outset, when we visit your premises, we provide expert advice on the quality and suitability of existing mechanical and electrical systems. We can also offer ‘test fit’ solutions to ensure the space is right for you and your business.

• Design

  We’ll provide detailed designs based on your brief, taking into account everything from your business’ core values and culture, to possible future expansion plans. Reflecting the character of your organisation and factoring in flexibility for the future is a key part of the Portsdown design process.

• Approvals

  Meeting health and safety standards and regulations is part of our service. For example, every Portsdown project includes securing Building and Fire Regulations approval.

• Construction

  At the construction and installation phase, you’ll have a project manager, site manager, mechanical and electrical consultants, and a lead designer on board. We’ll take care of every aspect of your project so you can focus on the day-to-day running of your business while we create your new working environment.

• Delivery

  From the moment you get in touch to discuss a project to the day we complete, and for any aftercare services, we aim to ensure we help you achieve all your objectives within budget and on time.

• Aftercare

  Once you’ve starting using your new furniture, fixtures and equipment, or moved into your new premises, we’re here to answer any questions, deal with any snagging issues, and offer support and advice wherever we can.
