EGA wins RIBA Stirling Prize 2011

The Evelyn Grace Academy, (FF&E supplied by by Portsdown) has won the prestigious £20,000 RIBA Stirling Prize 2011

The RIBA Stirling Prize is the UK’s most prestigious architecture prize. Every year it is presented to the architects of the building that has made the greatest contribution to the evolution of architecture in the past year. The prize is for projects ‘built or designed in Britain’. Buildings are eligible if they are in the UK or European Union by an architect whose head office is in the UK.

Portsdown introduce a new fleet of Eco friendly vans.

Portsdown new fleet of Mercedes Sprinters have the new ECO-Start technology that saves fuel consumption, therefore producing less CO2 gases when stopped in traffic. These will also be sign written with the new branding logo.
