The Portsdown Project Management Team takes care of all sizes and kinds of furniture projects, from design to delivery and installation. Whatever your project, you’ll be in safe hands from start to finish.
Small projects
We carefully manage all suppliers and deliveries to make sure your project runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible. You may have only a small window of opportunity, or need to fit your project around the day-to-day running of a business or service, and we’re experts in planning around your circumstances – to ensure minimum disruption.
Large projects
For larger projects, we provide an experienced Project Manager to work with you from the outset, offering input and advice, helping programme our works and agreeing a schedule that suits you and other contractors that may be involved in, or affected by, the project.
We can also provide warehousing, CRB-checked installation teams, Key Logistical Hubs, procedural compliance and all necessary certification.
Logistics
Whatever the project, we always aim for operational excellence, and support this by investing in health and safety training, site compliance and safe working practices. We’ve also developed strong relationships with several partners and suppliers, so we’re well equipped to complete projects on schedule and on budget.
