Our Process:

1. Consultation

What we’ll do:

• Understand and define client brief, scope, and timescales
• Review and check existing floor plans
• Review technical building records - including mechanical and electrical
• Seek initial building control approval on early concepts
• Liaise with specialists such as structural engineers or M&E services

 

2. Design

What we’ll do:

• Produce visuals to support the proposed design
• Produce plans to highlight the required modifications to the existing space as well as the mechanical and electrical services
• Proposals on key features and finishes selections
• Produce a detailed specification and progranmme of works
• Produce detailed cost plan

 

3. Finalise Proposal

What we’ll do:

• Finalise all production information from a design, mechanical and electrical front
• Finalise all finishes and specification
• Determine full Programme of Works
• Finalise all costs
• Detailed drawings
• Agree final cost plan


Aims:

  • Budget and timescales agreed and kept to throughout
  • Regular communication and weekly site meetings highlight issues as or before they arise.
  • Continued support after occupation.
